10. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Kayvara Media Studio operates under a transparent and client-conscious cancellation structure.

No refunds will be issued for completed services, scheduled sessions, or digital deliverables.
For a la carte services canceled after booking but prior to delivery, a 20% short-rate fee will be applied to cover allocated time and administrative costs.
Monthly subscription cancellations (Basic, Plus, Premier) must be submitted in writing. Cancellations will take effect on the first day of the following month. You will retain access to services through the remainder of the paid billing cycle.
No partial refunds or prorated credits will be offered for unused time or deliverables once the billing cycle begins.
