Cancellation Policy

Kayvara Media Studio Effective Date: July 20, 2025 Thank you for choosing Kayvara Media Studio. This agreement ensures mutual clarity and protects both parties. By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following: 1. Deposit Policy À La Carte Services require a $50 non-refundable deposit Packages require a $75 non-refundable deposit Deposits secure your project start and are credited toward your final balance 2. Payment Terms The remaining balance is due after your demo presentation, before final delivery Final payment must be made within 3 business days of demo approval Accepted Payment Methods: • PayPal: kayla@kaylabejarano.com • Zelle: kayla@kaylabejarano.com • Wix Invoice: Payment via secure checkout 3. Software & Third-Party Subscriptions Any platforms (e.g., Wix, Linktree, domain fees) must be paid directly to the provider, unless explicitly included in your service package If included, third-party tools will be clearly listed on your invoice 4. Post-Deposit Scope Agreement Once your deposit is received, Kayvara will provide: A custom Scope of Work (SOW) with project timeline and deliverables A Time Tracker for logged hours and transparency Clear breakdown of included services and payment milestones 5. Communication Policy Client responses are expected within 48 hours to maintain project flow Inactivity beyond 5 business days may forfeit your scheduled slot Full cooperation is required to meet project timelines 6. Timeline & Delivery Standard delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days (depending on scope) Rush services may be available upon request and require a separate fee 7. Revision Policy Each project includes 1 round of revisions Additional changes beyond that are billed at $55/hour Major scope changes may require a new agreement 8. Scope Creep & Additional Work Any service outside of the original agreement will require a separate invoice No unauthorized changes will be completed without client approval 9. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable If work has already begun, cancelled projects are subject to a 20% short-rate fee Monthly subscriptions may be canceled and will take effect on the next 1st of the month 10. Ownership & Access Kayvara maintains ownership of all project materials until full payment is received Final deliverables and login credentials will be transferred upon payment completion 11.
